Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

At Rionne Atelier, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products and the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes things don't work out!

Due to the nature and size of our small business, we can accept returns only within 

14 days from the delivery date for store credit.

Our Policy


Please take the following steps before placing your order:

  • Check the Sizing Guide: For the most accurate sizing, refer to it.
  • Sizing Questions: If you have any sizing questions, please email us at info@rionneatelier.com before placing your order.
  • Sizing Recommendation: If you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Reporting Window:

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to file a report with our team. Reports filed after 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility :

  • Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags, including our security garment tags, must be attached.
  • Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or tampered with will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • Do not remove the hang tag and anti-wardrobing tag.

If any of these tags have been removed or tampered with, we can’t offer any returns.

Inspection and Approval:

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Refund Process

  • If the return is approved, you will receive store credit immediately, a gift card for your balance, and your discount. Your store credit will not expire.

If any of these tags have been removed or tampered with, we can’t offer any returns or exchanges.

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning an item. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the item's safe return.
  • Once the item ships, please email us your name, email address, order number, and tracking number.

Additional Guidelines:

  • When trying on our clothes, please avoid wearing makeup, dyes, tanning sprays, gels, or any substances that could stain or damage the clothing.
  • Items with any intentional damage or stains will not be accepted for returns.
  • Do not tamper with, alter, remove, or modify our Rionne Atelier clothing string seal. This seal prevents fraudulent returns. Please inspect the item before trying it on.

Important Notes:

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your report, please allow 5-7 business days for review and response.

Exchanges

We do not accept any exchanges at this time. If you need a different size/color, please place a return and once issued a store credit buy the item (we can't guarantee that products will be in stock throughout the exchange process, please order carefully)

Rejected Reports

At Rionne Atelier, we carefully review each return or exchange request to ensure fairness and accuracy. However, there may be instances when reports do not meet our acceptance criteria. Here is what you need to know if your report is rejected:

Reasons for Rejection:

1. Exceeding the Reporting Window:

  • Reports filed after 14 days after the delivery date will not be accepted.

2. Used or Damaged Items:

  • Items that appear to have been intentionally used, worn, washed, or damaged are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3. Tampered tags

  • Items' hang tags and anti-theft tags have been tampered with, altered, or cut.

3. Final Sale Items:

  • Items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

What to Do if Your Report is Rejected:

1. Review Our Policy:

  • Carefully review our returns policy to ensure that your report meets all criteria.

2. Contact Us:

  • If you believe your report was rejected in error, please contact us at info@rionneatelier.com with your name, order number, and a detailed explanation of why you believe your report should be reconsidered.

3. Final Decision:

  • Please note that our customer service team's decision is final. We strive to handle all cases fairly and transparently.

Preventing Rejected Reports:

  • Inspect Upon Delivery: Inspect your items upon arrival and report any issues immediately.
  • Follow Instructions: Ensure that your report includes all necessary information and evidence.
  • If you plan to return the item, do not remove it from its original packaging.
  • When trying items on, ensure hands and the surface are clean.
  • If wearing makeup, use the makeup cover included in the package before trying items on to reduce the risk of makeup stains

Faulty Items

Exceptions:

We process only returns or exchanges for a full refund due to our errors. We inspect each item before it ships to ensure you receive the best quality, but sometimes an oversight can occur. If you receive the wrong item, the wrong size, or a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible.

To report an issue:

  1. Email us at info@rionneatelier.com with your name, order number, and email.
  2. Include photos and videos of the issue.

Important Note:

  • Submitting a Return Report is only available in the United States of America as of this moment.
