• International Orders: Delivery times vary and typically range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Order Modifications and Cancellations:

• Canceling Items: Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified. While we cannot guarantee changes can be made, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Pre-Order Items:

• Cancellation: Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled. Please order carefully.
• Timeline: Preorders can take 1-2 months to be fulfilled and shipped. Please pay close attention to items marked "pre-order." Once the stock arrives, your order will be processed and shipped within that week.

International Shipping:

• If you refuse this shipment, you will not be refunded the shipping cost or any customs charges when we receive the parcel back. You will also be responsible for returning this parcel, so please make sure you are aware of the new charges before purchasing. 

Lost/Stolen Packages:

• Rionne Atelier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once you receive your tracking information and confirmation that your order has been shipped.
